Tow bar recommendation

It's hard bumping the tailwheel (and the mainwheels too) of my Bellanca 14-13 over the door sill in my hangar by pushing on the tail surfaces. Any towbar recommendations? I don't want to buy a powered towbar nor do I want to install a winch. The towbar need not fold. I wouldn't carry it in the plane -- just leave it in the hangar.

I had a custom towbar made that screwed on to the tail wheel axle of my Cruisemaster. I also had 1/4 turn fittings made to fit in the main gear axle to tow the plane out of the hangar. All this was done by a friend who is 80 years old! He thought up the whole thing and the system works great. LYNN N9818B
