Up and down travel of the elevators

Some time ago there're was a thread about how much travel there was in the elevators but I have not been able to find it. If my memory is correct, it seems like there was 18 degrees of upward travel and less on the down side.
Can anyone confirm this or at least tell me that I am wrong?
Thanks,
Gary

It's right there in your bellanca manuals.. not the difference from early 14-13 to later -2 and -3 models.
