Where is gascolator on a Decathlon

I just purchased a 1992 Super Decathlon. The POH says to drain the gascolator on the engine the first flight of the day. For the life of me I can not find any gascolator under the cowling. I am aware foe wing sumps and the aft fuselage sump but I can find the gascolator. Some body please give me an hint.
 
There is 4 fuel drains for the Decathlon. Two under each wing, one under the aft fuselage, and one on the left side of the lower front cowling.
